About the portraits

These are weather pending, of course! That said, I am going to see if I can find an indoor location as a backup.

Location:
Parker Mill Park in Ann Arbor beside the cabin (I will use the dark wood as the background).
If you’re from the Brighton area and cannot make the drive to Ann Arbor, reach out and we’ll set up a time to do them at your home!

Each child will receive a 5-10 minute session depending on how they’re feeling about being photographed.

**The portraits will not be forced posing. I won’t beg the kids to look at the camera and smile. It’s not my jam and it’s usually not theirs, which is why I specialize in documentary family photography. So! Be prepared that you may not receive an image with the perfect smile. What you WILL receive is at least one image of your child being his/herself. Of course I will do what I can to get them to laugh and have fun, or you’re welcome to do a crazy dance, tell jokes or go whatever distance you’re willing to go if you’re hoping to capture their natural joy.**
