Cancer cannot thrive in a high oxygen environment! Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy is key for cancer treatment, but averages $6000 for every 20 1-hour treatments. Having a personal chamber in Meghan’s home would allow her to stay with her kids rather than adding even more medical trips away, and saves tens of thousands of dollars. This particular, highly rated chamber is more than $12,000 after taxes and fees.

Meghan has been receiving Mistletoe treatment (via subcutaneous injections in the stomach and IV infusion) for around one year now. The cost is an average of $250 per week, but increases every time the dosage is raised, which happens every 1-2 weeks. Soon, we will be looking at closer to $300 per week, and more as time goes on. After the most recent cancer recurrence, Meghan has started receiving IV Vitamin C as well. The average cost of infusion is $200 per week, which will also increase as the dosage goes up over time. These infusions are done in Ann Arbor, about a 40 minute drive one way from her home.
